  • LEGS - Front Snap Kick, Thai Kick, Side Kick

  • ELBOWS & KNEES - How to Use for Striking and How to Defend

Grappling

  • ESCAPES, BASIC HOLDS AND CONTROLS IN EACH OF THE BASIC POSITIONS: Mount, Side Control, Guard, Back Control, Stand Up

  • STAND UP: Evade Takedowns, Escape Holds, Knowledge of 3 Key Takedowns, Duck Under, Arm Drag, 

  • SUBMISSIONS (to be executed in different positions): Arm Bar, Kimura/Shoulder Lock, Wrist Lock, Triangle, Sleeper Choke, Guillotine, Darce, Foot Lock, Heel Hook

Principles of Combat

  • BASIC PILLARS for Yourself and Others: Relaxation, Posture, Breathing, Movement

  • KEY EXERCISES: Push Ups, Squats, Sit Ups, Leg Raises, Forward & Backward Rolls

  • PATTERNS OF BREATHWORK: Breath Hold, Stretch Breathing, Burst Breathing, Full Breath

  • TENSION & RELAXATION: On the Ground and Standing, Use T/R drills to Control the Body, Understand Your Tension, and Learn How to Use Your Body More Effectively

  • MOVEMENT: Ground Flow, Footwork & Mobility of Different Body Parts

  • THE COMBAT WAY: Strike a Grappler/ Grapple a Striker, Street vs. Sport Ways of Dealing with Different Situations

  • WAVE MOVEMENT: How to Generate and Use the Power of the Whole Body

  • STRIKING: Working with the Whole Body, Placement & Push, Short Work, Working with Different Depths and Levels of Striking from Surface to Muscle to Internal

  • GRAPPLING:: Submissions vs. Joint Breaks, Joint Manipulation, Leverage & Biomechanics, Continuous Movement, Flow Roll, Push & Pull

  • AGAINST A WEAPON: Understanding Distance/Timing/Entry, Wrist Control, Disarming, and Defense in All Positions and Possible Situations
