HOW WE TRAIN
By combining the arts of No-Gi Jiu Jitsu and Systema, we provide a training curriculum that encompasses fighting and healing practices for a well-rounded martial arts lifestyle. Unlike other martial arts studios and gyms, our training is always done in a safe and non-aggressive way to ensure that all of our students are learning without injuring themselves or their partners. We offer personal martial arts training in the convenience of your home or at our private studio so you can train one on one with a 3rd degree black belt. Our monthly workshops provide the opportunity for our students to come together and practice their techniques with each other. You can also sign up for a private health session to experience the full extent of our Russian health practices.

Why Jiu Jitsu and Systema?
One of our training philosophies is 'Strike a grappler, grapple a striker." In order to have complete knowledge of self defense and body mechanics, a person must know how to effectively use grappling and striking in any confrontation. Jiu Jitsu gives us techniques for submitting our opponent without striking, and Systema provides the powerful punching and kicking that are also essential.
What's the Class Size?
Over his many years of teaching, Arseniy has found that students learn best with one on one attention. They are able to focus more on their individual goals and avoid the injuries that are a common occurence with regular martial arts group classes. For this reason, our training is offered by private lesson. We have monthly workshops where our students can come together and train as well.
What's With the Name?
Fight & Heal is a training curriculum that has been developed over years to incorporate effective self defense and beneficial health practices into a person's daily life. Our students learn how to defend themselves in a relaxed way, how to use our breathing principles in and outside of training, and how to live a more balanced life. We train in the arts of fighting and healing.
